Since the opening of the Domaine de Sévenier and Spa, the restaurant “La Table de Seibel” offers home-made cooking, full of local flavours and prepared with the best seasonal and fresh produce. The changing ‘menu du jour’ reflects Mediterranean influences, filled with the scents of garlic and wild herbs. It’s worth taking your time to explore our chef’s interesting and original cuisine – the restaurant has the feel of a genuine ‘table d’hôte’, with simple but authentic cooking that will delight your taste buds.
On long, warm summer evenings, our terrace is the perfect place to have dinner while enjoying the sunset over the Ibie valley and the Ardèche gorges.
At lunchtime, La Table de Seibel offers a choice of pizzas and home-made salads, so you can relax over your meal in the shade of the vine-clad terrace while watching the children play in the swimming pool.
A wide choice of drinks, in-house cocktails and ‘Ardèchoise’ home-made ice cream is also available to help you make the most of your break at this 5-star campsite in the heart of the southern Ardèche.
