Dear guests,
Due to a recrudescence of mails related to Coronavirus situation in France and protocols in our domain, please find some information about what is expected when you arrive for a pleasant and a safe stay.
Our domain is open since the 04th of June and hopefully, everything is doing well. Our chalets are disinfected between every customer and a time of 6 hours, as much as possible, is respected before new arrivals. You will find hydroalcoholic solution at every strategic point in the domain.
Regarding the swimming pool, entrance and exit are possible by two different doors in a way that you don’t meet other people. Every seats and deckchairs are disinfected once a day.
Our bath and shore spaces are big enough to welcome everybody at the same time. Please note you don’t have to wear masks.
The restaurant is also open. You may be required to present yourself at the front desk with a mask, the time to escort you at your table. Of course, once seated, you can take it off and enjoy a good moment with your family and friends. A distance is respected between each table and you will find hydroalcoholic solution at each strategic point.
For the wellness artea, 30 minutes between every appointment is respected, the time for us to disinfect massage cabins, sauna, and relaxing space. The spa access is privatized so you don’t have to wear the mask, however this latter is mandatory for every care treatment.
Regarding our beautiful sightseeing, visits are now possible. You can also enjoy canoeing on the Ardeche River and sunbathing on the shores.
All visiting sites are free to decide of their restrictions, that’s why you may be asked to wear a mask. So don’t forget to have one in your pocket !
Be aware that we are doing our best to welcome you in the best conditions. This situation is exceptionnal, but your holiday and your wellness are our priority.
